If Quality Assurance is a primary concern, be assured that Dynamic Design has taken the necessary steps to insure quality by investing into the latest technology of Portable Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)—the "Romer Infinite Arm." This advanced unit allows us to inspect parts and generate reports for part conformance and verification. This versatile lightweight unit can be placed inside the machine to inspect parts without having costly teardowns, saving time and money. The Romer Infinite Arm connects to the portable computer through Wi-Fi, allowing us to record and verify the data taken from the part. With extremely high accuracy, this portable coordinate measuring machine has an eight-foot range that allows us to check small parts as well as large bulky parts. 

This latest technological marvel also has powerful software for Reverse Engineering called PC-DEMIS. This software allows us to duplicate old, obsolete, or complex geometries by scanning a surface with a ruby touch probe and sending the data to our SolidWorks CAD software for CAD drawings or reverse engineering, or sending the data to our SURFCAM for direct manufacturing of the part.
