Project Description

The gears are inspected with a color camera.  The camera will determine the proper assembly of the gears.  Proper assembly must have the yellow gear tooth centered on the orange teeth.  If the yellow tooth is not between the orange teeth, the operator is alerted and the part is reworked on the line.

The top picture on the right is proper gear position, and the bottom picture is an improperly aligned gear.
